Mal Warwick | Donordigital has grown from one person holding a vision to change the world by raising money for nonprofits–to a full-service, integrated fundraising and advocacy agency serving leading charitable organizations from offices in Washington, DC and the San Francisco Bay Area. With over 35 years of proven experience we have enabled our clients to raise well over $1 billion dollars in support of their work through our exceptional strategy, award-winning creative, and insightful and actionable analysis. We embrace that no two clients are the same. We know each has its own distinct challenge–but each needs to raise money and engage their constituents to fulfill their unique mission–and that is where Mal Warwick | Donordigital delivers day in and day out. If you are looking to take your program to the next level in support of your important mission then Mal Warwick | Donordigital might just be the perfect fit.

Associates in our agency have a personal stake as owners of our company through an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). Why is this important? Through this program we have hard-wired into our company a tremendous incentive to deliver, day in and day out, exceptional client services and innovative new solutions to client challenges. This unique approach to employee ownership sets us apart from other direct marketing agencies in several ways. First, unlike agencies where only a few are connected–truly connected–in providing superior client service, at Mal Warwick | Donordigital every employee understands how their work directly contributes to our success. Building long-standing relationships with our employees allows us to deliver long-standing relationships with our clients. Our employees have a passion for the exceptional causes of our clients and it shows in our day-to-day work. We carefully screen candidates to ensure that they share our philosophy and that they can deliver on our requirement for client passion. We know what it takes to ensure a great fit at Mal Warwick | Donordigital—and that, in turn, ensures a great fit for our clients.

In addition to caring about exceptional client service, we care about exceptional business practices. At Mal Warwick | Donordigital we’ve chosen to conduct business in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. We were one of the first certified Green Businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area, and we were pioneers in insisting that our printers used recycled paper and environmentally-safe inks. We are a founding member of the Social Venture Network and B-Corp – organizations that advance socially responsible business practices.
